How to Host a Donation Drive
1. Set a Location for Donation Bin(s)
2. Set up Start and End Dates
Get permission to host a donation center for us at a school, library, or public company/charity. There must be enough space for at least one donation bin.
Communicate with the school, library, or public company/charity to ensure there is a set time period for people to donate school supplies, books, and STEM kits; we recommend leaving the bin out for at least 1 month!
3. Get the word out!
4. Get Donating!
Create posters and flyers to inform people about the drive, the items we can accept, and the drop-off location. Check out our drive kit for a template!
Encourage people to donate items to your drive to ensure your event is successful.
